DELIVERY
How long will it take to delivery my order?
We deliver orders from Thursday to Sunday every week. For next-day delivery, please order before 10am on the previous day. Note: this only applies to our operating days (i.e., Thursday to Sunday).
How much do you charge for delivery?
We only charge $1 for delivery, anywhere in Canberra.
Do you deliver outside Canberra?
No, we do not deliver outside Canberra.
Do you ship to other states?
No, at this stage we do not ship to other states.
I missed the delivery. What should I do now?
Please call us at 0468 885 525. If our driver is available, we will try to arrange another delivery. In the event this is not possible, you can collect your order from our kitchen.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Do you cater to those who have special dietary requirements?
Yes, we do. Please let us know about your dietary requirements and we will manage accordingly.
Are your products Halal?
All our ingredients (including jelly, gelatine, etc.) are 100% Halal. We only purchase from suppliers with a Halal certification.
Do you offer GF & DF products?
Yes, we do.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Can I change my order after payment?
Yes, however, you must make any changes up to 48 hours before the selected delivery date for your order.
Can I cancel my order after receiving confirmation of my order?
We use fresh ingredients that will be ordered specifically to prepare your food. For this reason, and to prevent waste, we are not able to refund orders cancelled after this time or same-day orders.
To cancel your order:
Log in to your customer account at www@whiskntreat.com.au. Select your order and click ‘cancel’. You won’t be able to cancel the order after the cut-off time.

Can we talk to your chef to discuss our order?
Yes – Please fill out the Event order form (copy link) and we will endeavour to call you within 3 business hours.
Can we suggest a few items for our event, or are we restricted to your menu?
We are flexible and would love to accommodate your preferences.
